Rubyk
Rubyk was built by Victory and Andrew, two people who had been working with early-stage founders separately for years before deciding to do it together.
Victory brings over five years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, and communications, including Nigeria's first report on the informal economy. Andrew brings deep expertise in programme management, strategy, and financial modelling, with years of experience turning complex ideas into structured, executable plans.
After months of collaborating informally, Victory pulling Andrew in for financial models, Andrew bringing Victory in for messaging and copy, the decision to build something together felt inevitable. Rubyk was born from that.
We're based between Lagos and Toronto, and we work with founders wherever they are building.
